Just about everything. The staff are warm and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. The shower is strong. We could use their iron. There's a clothes rack outside to wash a few beach towels etc. The car park is large and free. It's easy to find. The breakfast is variable and plentiful. .

Absolutely amazing place. Very traditional, comfortable, large, and clean studios.. The views from the studios across the harbour are wonderful. It is so easy to sit and watch the world go by for hours! The owners are so welcoming and kind and made our stay even more enjoyable. Many people have mentioned the steps. Yes, there is a climb up to the hotel, but it's more than worth it even when you are of the older generation like us! Very much hope to return soon.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtakingly beautiful and the room was very modern and up to date. Aircon was very powerful and loved that the patio area had mosquito nets. The location was ideal as just a short walk down a few steps to get to the port, couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Wow the view was so beautiful of the harbour and the sea. The location was fantastic as it was so close to the ferry terminal and was a five minute walk to the town and the restaurants and the bus terminus. The owners left water bottles in our fridge, there were coffee, tea and milk & sugar sachets with a kettle and cups. Once we had used these up we asked the owners if they had some more milk and they replenished the lot. The room also had a hairdryer and a clothes airer. The room was newly refurbished with an amazing bathroom and the power shower was the best I've ever used. I would give this hotel 5 stars and the price we paid per night was too cheap for this beautiful place. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great location with uninterrupted views of the big blue. Great nights sleep on a very comfortable bed and waking up to a home cooked breakfast on the terrace, served so nicely, you’d think your loving mother is serving it. Delicious like all the food we had on the beautiful island. And I’m a fussy Greek…

Location is great. Very central but quiet. Bed is very comfortable which was a huge plus. Angelos, the owner, is lovely and helpful. Studio we stayed in had a fantastic view of the harbour, nice size and was very clean. Really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing view, spacious balcony, great room. We could see the moonrise and hear the waves from our balcony every night, it was magical! And great location, right above the best beach of the island, Milia.

First thing, the ower is amazing. He does everything possible to make you feel at home. Also, he is very funny , joking all the time. I really appreciated the Hotel.
Location is great, 10min by car from the City center, and very very quiet. There is a little beach next to the Hotel ( 3min by car), stunning place. The hotel is a very good location for visiting the Island. Appartement was quiet, large and confortable.
Also the view from the pool and from the room is stunning.
