Spacious, modern apartment. Well appointed with an oven as well as a dual hotplate hob and a refrigerator making it easy for a long, self-catering holiday. Air-conditioning unit was quiet and a godsend with high temperatures overnight.
Plenty of parking space on the road by the apartments. The road is quiet with little traffic.
Nicely situated, only a short walk from the harbour and shops and a 10 minute walk from the beach.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Special thanks to Alexandros and the two cleaning ladies who worked hard, servicing the apartment daily and even cleared away our recycling before I had the chance to.
I would recommend staying here to anyone and will certainly be doing so myself when my wife and I come back to Agios Nikolaos.

A traditional Mani farmhouse, set in beautiful established gardens. Extremely warm welcome from delightful hosts, who were very caring and generous. Our apartment had two small terraces, one of which was always ideal to catch a breeze. Located near Pantazi Beach and the great tavernas is Agios Nikolaos.

for starters Maria the hotel manager was so considered, so nice and made us feel like we are at the right place. the staff was super nice, professional and helpful.
then the hotel- perfect, beautiful, clean, everything was though of. our room got cleaned every day.

The location, out of the centre on the hillside, Stoupa is walkable in 5 or so minutes but it is uphill to get back, far reaching sea and land views. The apartment was spotless, had everything you needed. Huge balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers. Beautiful apartment, well cared for both inside and out. Sat nav takes you up a dirt road, this is wrong, you need to turn up at the side of the supermarket and follow the tarmac road.
It was very clean and beautifully furnished. Everything was there and a large selection of food and drink on arrival. Cleaner everyday and a change of linen in the week. Beds were very comfortable and toiletries were provided. The pool area was lovely and kept very clean.
We loved our stay here. The house was so perfect for three of us. Katerina met us on arrival with food and was so welcoming. The house was spotless clean. One bathroom and two toilets plus an outdoor shower. Such an easy place to stay in. Lots of outdoor areas to sit and entertain in to maximise the outdoors. A short 5 min drive to the beach. The sounds of birds and cicadas is the only noises you’ll hear.

People there are very friendly and great. Room was very clean and tidy. There were 3 bottles of water waiting for us. All equipment working with no issue. Mr Nikos brought us a gift prior to our departure.
Really cool house, beautifully designed in a great location, wonderful views. A very comfy stay, hosts thinking of all the thoughtful extras, the hosts made you feel special. Helped us fall in love with the Mani all over again
