Booking tricked me into believing that I am paying 60 euros (late September) for a room with one large bed and 2 small beds. For the record, a room with one large bed and 2 bunk beds was 52 euros and the offer stayed like that all week. When arriving at location my room had only one bed. Fortunately Nikolas was kind enough to add an extra bed without charging me anything other than the 60 euros agreed upon. The room was ok. Had a bit of a problem with the toilet basin which did not seal properly and the water ran endlessly causing the basin to start water admission every 5 minutes which was quite noisy. But this problem will probably be fixed soon. Owner was really nice. Even received a gift on departure.

We had such an amazing stay at Fotini! We had a ‘garden view’ apartment which still had a sea view and lovely outdoor seating area! The room was very clean with a comfy bed and well working AC. The pool area was well maintained, cleaned everyday and was super quiet - we quite often had the whole pool to ourselves! The location is great, in walking distance (10-15mins) to the village which had many restaurants, shops and areas to swim in the see. To get to a “proper” beach was a 10 minute drive so would suggest hiring a car which we did as we were staying over a week and this gave us the opportunity to visit Asos, Sami and Myrtos beach which are all within half an hour drive. I would 10/10 recommend staying here and would love to come back!

The beds were so incredibly comfortable and we really appreciated the thickness of the bed sheets as a lot of air b and b's/apartments only provide paper thin sheets. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was so clean it was perfect. The amenities were beyond what we expected, with laundry pods, jams, butters, milks, water, coffee etc., being provided!! The host was very quick to respond to any queries and very helpful. The location is less than 10 mins from the beach and so close to a decent sized supermarket and bakery. It was perfect for our stay :)

I loved the the colours and the bed is so comfortable. The view from my balcony was amazing to watch all the boats come in! Very clean and the maid is lovely!

You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
We were impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness of this property. It is in a beautiful location, with stunning views from the terrace.
The responsiveness of the host was excellent. We had an issue with one of the shower hoses and this was replaced the following morning.
Self catering. The view was spectacular! The villa was well furnished and very clean. The crockery was just enough for two and there were two of us. A larger group may have difficulty.
Villa Sunrise was the perfect base for our week in beautiful Kefalonia. The views from the villa are incredible, the villa itself is well equipped and was very clean. The owners were always so helpful and answered any queries immediately. We will definitely be returning again!
There is everything you need there to stat self catering, bed is really comfortable, good showers etc, all high end finishes to the villa
Location is brilliant, a car is ideal if dining out for tea
