Great pool and outdoor space. Lots of bedrooms and plenty of facilities for all group members. Beautiful views and the host was very helpful throughout our stay and accommodating on our arrival (late night) in which he gave a tour and recommendations about the surrounding area. Looks exactly as the in the photos. Also plenty of extras (washing up pods, toiletries etc), very well equipped.

Exceptional in every way. Beautifully designed hotel room immaculate and spacious and incredibly clean and well presented. All staff so so friendly and did everything to make you feel welcome valued and worked so hard to make your stay special. Breakfast was an excellent buffet with all tastes catered for. We had a really nice stay at this hotel! The staff truly made our experience memorable, especially the hotel manager, who was always available and quick to assist us with any issues. Their kindness and attentiveness were evident across all areas—from the reception to the restaurants and breakfast. We couldn’t get a late check out because the property was fully booked but we were invited for a lunch on our last day! We found it really nice and attentive, we were so glad about it.
The property itself is beautifully maintained, and we loved the wide variety of delicious options at breakfast each morning. The beach was a highlight, with its soft sand and clear water, making it the perfect spot to relax. Overall, we had an amazing time. We would recommend the hotel more for families because there really are a lot of children around and there are no adults only parts.
We also got a little goodbye present with olive oil and honey from Crete, it was so kind!
The activities in the hotel are simply amazing! We took part in a 2h pottery class with a local potter, we loved it so much. They offer really cool stuff, such as yoga, cooking class, vegetable planting etc.
We had a great time in the spa (golden body treatment) and Ioana had magic hands! My skin was so soft and all the tension went away after the massage.

Everything. The staff was amazing, very friendly and nice, and helped with everything. The rooms were amazing and the pool rooms were a great choice. The food was excellent, breakfast lunch and dinner. Bar food was also great. The girls in the spa were very nice and the massage was good. Shisha bar was also a great addition. The bars were all great. The hotel's beach area is amazing and so nice that it's easy to access. Best vacation ever.

Room was very clean and tidy, overlooking the entrance garden with a small balcony ovelooking field behind. Wi-Fi good, air con kept the room comfortrable for sleeping during hot nights. Bakery opposite was great for coffee and drinks - open all hours and so friendly with awesome selection of cakes and baguettes etc. There was a minimarket and tavern nearby too, didn't use because I was out most of the day. Bus stops (I didn't have a car) very close made access to Heraklion easy for local bus to Knossos and excursion bus picked up at nearby Karteros Hotel for longer trip to Spinaloga. The villa was spacious, private and super clean. If your looking for modern the villa is not for you as it’s classic Greece with a real quirky style, we loved it. For modern try one of there brand new apartments over looking the pool. The family who own it were wonderful and so accommodating and the food was delightful
