Everything. The staff was amazing, very friendly and nice, and helped with everything. The rooms were amazing and the pool rooms were a great choice. The food was excellent, breakfast lunch and dinner. Bar food was also great. The girls in the spa were very nice and the massage was good. Shisha bar was also a great addition. The bars were all great. The hotel's beach area is amazing and so nice that it's easy to access. Best vacation ever.

Room was very clean and tidy, overlooking the entrance garden with a small balcony ovelooking field behind. Wi-Fi good, air con kept the room comfortrable for sleeping during hot nights. Bakery opposite was great for coffee and drinks - open all hours and so friendly with awesome selection of cakes and baguettes etc. There was a minimarket and tavern nearby too, didn't use because I was out most of the day. Bus stops (I didn't have a car) very close made access to Heraklion easy for local bus to Knossos and excursion bus picked up at nearby Karteros Hotel for longer trip to Spinaloga. Really nice, good location, beach was really close. Privacy and very clean. They were super nice and even explained to us all about how to get around town etc. Plus respond quickly to messages. Really good expirience!
everything was perfect, the staff was really helpful and kind, they provided us with highest quality service always with a smile. apartments were big and clean, had everything we needed. the swimming pool had warm and clean water. food was delicious, they serve breakfasts and dinners made from local products. prices were also affordable. the location is also great, it’s a three minutes walk to a beautiful beach, we had a really nice view from our terrace. highly recommend!
Clean and well laid out. Stylish simplicity, affordable for a beach location and perfect for a one night stay post our flight. The studio amenities would make it a great base for a longer stay. A lovely warm welcome and a very tasty supper with a delicious and perfectly seasoned and dressed (veganised) Greek salad and fresh mint tea.
The location is great - between two beaches. The apartments were spotless, clean and fresh. The staff is ready to help and answer all the questions. Private parking in semi-shaded area is included in the price of the room as well.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, and right beside the pool :). The location is extremely convenient to the airport, yet peaceful and a short walk to the beach. There was simple, free parking right across from the rooms.

George is a great host and always goes the extra mile and is helpful. In the end you get what you pay for it’s cheap and affordable and near the beach.
The hostel has everything one needs as a single traveller. Choose between dorms or private rooms, all very clean. The owner George welcomes guests with great hospitality, he even orders food for you (at a very affordable price). He is always around and keeps the place running very well. And out in the garden you'll always find someone to chat and get good advice ... Great place!
George is very nice to do airport pick ups and drive you to town. I didn't know the price so I put it here: 15€ pr way. Its a great location near a beach and ideal if you stay longer than one night. There was an outled by the bed to charge the phone and George was nice to give me a femaile dorm though I had booked a mix dorm.
