they left us a gift, a bottle of wine, when we first came in, gifts are always appreciated, very good quality AC is a must too! they had nice air conditioner. The house was close to a waterpark, 15 minute walk, and almost half an hour walk from the beach, there's a Lidl supermarket in between the beach and the waterpark, very convenient stop! the owner let us use two of his bicycles, it's perfect for a night ride by the beach.

What a wonderful place to spend your holiday in Paralia! I’m impressed by the host and his kindness. Every day he came to clean the pool for us :) The house itself is very well maintained and equipped even for a longer stay than ours. The location was perfect for us! Lidl is also 10 min by walk and you can buy a lot of stuff. The house is also around 7 min by foot from the best beach in Paralia. There is privacy by the pool. I think that those photos are from last year, as now there was a beautiful fence from green bushes between the two houses. I can only highly recommend this place and definitely would stay here again if I come again to Paralia. Thank you so much,Niko, for your kindness and hospitality!
