We loved the view from the pool to the sea. And the seashore, just next door from the apartments, was great for snorkeling. The personnel was nice and explained everything even on late check in.

Excellent breakfast. Room and hotel always neat and clean. Pool area and lawn taken care of. But the most amazing thing was the staff. Incredibly helpful, welcoming, heart-warming (thank you Maria, Maria's niece, the gardener and both receptionists, you were all amazing!). We will stay at Elia Kalamaki for sure in the future!

Kalamaki Luxury Suits We stay there 14-19 August 2023. Room no 1 ground flour. Room with shower, double bed, modernly designed, view for backyard, no balcony. Nice and functional room, bed very comfortable. Ideal location: 1. beautiful, sandy, cosy beach with sunbeds and umbarela included in price. Best view for sun sets. 2. Kalamaki Restaurant in the same building. Very tasty traditional Greek cuisine, not expensive. Dish "Lamb Kleftico" expecially recommend. This was the best Kleftiko I've ever eaten ( I was im Greece 4 times). 3. Bus station in front of the building, city bus to Chania (line 21) 4 times per hour. Also bus station to Kissamos, Falasarna and Paleochora. Perfect place for couples. For us it was like" Small piece of heaven". Receptionist (Ariel) is incredibly nice, kind and helpfull person, very open and warm, smiling all the time. She is like Cretan sun - always shining!

My room was large, clean and comfortable with a balcony offering a view over of the sea. I received excellent advice from bright and engaging Costas regarding daytrips and places to dine. Free street parking was always easily found right outside the building. The shower was of an excellent standard.
