Sleeping room was on 2 floors connected with stairs, air conditioning was presented, so it was good to sleep. Kids liked the pool very much, it was enough big for playing and swimming. Next to the pool was restaurant which kitchen was opened from 7-10 in the evening and it offered enough good dining options. Bar was opened till 12 in the evening. Good choice for families.

Maria and Eleni are incredibly welcoming and kind. Their garden is beautiful and we could harvest some oranges to make fresh juice every morning. The house is beautifully decorated and in a very nice countryside location, close to the beach and not very far from Olympia.

The pool, the best we have ever seen at a villa! And ofcourse the view and the (family) hosts. The really are motivated to make your holiday a perfect one. The villa's are brand new and are perfect!

The hostess was very kind and friendly. She was waiting for us at the house to welcome us, explain about the functions of the house and give us the keys. The house is very comfortable and clean in a very convenient location. I recommend it for families.

great place in a great location. veri close to the beach 5 min on foot. the rooms are renovated and better than the photos. The prices are extremely low for what they offer especially now that everything has gotten so expensive. The beds were comfortable the layout of the rooms great (we were 3 people in a 4 bed appartment (1 room with a double bed, a kitchenette and a comfortable bathroom with shower, and 1 room with 2 single beds a nightstand and a table. we were at the ground floor, we had a nice porch with table and 4 chairs. Then the bar-cafe-dining area is amazing thick grass, shade, shelter from the heat, beautiful trees and flowers all over the place. very friendly people, very low prices for coffee breakfast and eating there. I have been there before and I will go again. also Very pet friendly children friendly family friendly.

She promptly notified us about some items we had accidentally left behind in the apartment, and she took great care to keep it safe until we were able to retrieve it. We highly recommend Theodore Apartments for anyone looking for a longer stay in the beautiful town of Zacharo. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat, exploring the natural surroundings, or simply looking to unwind, this is the perfect place to call home.
