The beach! Hotel has a private beach with abundant longer chairs and parasols. There is also a beach bar. All the staff were friendly and competent, especially Maria K and Maria S who went out their way to make sure that everything was perfect.
We rented a car from a gentleman named Piros.
It was far from being new and shiny but it was in perfect mechanical condition.

The resort is located near one of the best beaches in andros, for us it was for by far the best one a virgin quite amazing beach. The staff, george and his family showed incredible hospitality and provided more than necessary and expected. The pictures dont lie!! The resort is mesmerizing to look at and just relax. We spent three days with our family (2 adults 2 teenagers) at Villa Ateni. Three idyllic days: a perfect location with a sublime view and also a charming welcome with very kind attentions (bottle of wine, watermelon...). An ideal place to relax and enjoy the scenery, the peace and quiet and to visit the very pretty northern part of the island. We regretted not booking for longer!
Beautiful apartment with everything that you need! Very big terrace with greatest view to Gavrio port! Great location 8-10min walk from the port. Everything close by eg super market bakery etc. very clean with very good WiFi and air conditioning. The must is the balcony especially during the night! Super relaxing in a quiet area of Gavrio! The host was great and reachable in all our requests.
The location was excellent, right on top of a hill, overlooking the sea, next to the port and the beautiful town of Gavrion. It was constructed under an impressive and neat masterplan some 30-40 years back. The breakfast buffet was OK. The room size affordable and practical.
The location and the view was wonderful! The apartment was very clean and the pool was the ideal place to relax drinking your morning coffee or cocktail at night. The beaches close to Charakas were very nice. Konstantinos (the owner) was very polite, friendly and helped us with everything we needed and he informed us about restaurants, bars, beaches, villages etc.
Fantastic house and peaceful location very close to the port and Ruby truly is a wonderful host. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Ruby is very generous and gave us a varied welcome pack and surprised us with some delicious and unexpected free range eggs and pastries during our stay. Excellent location, very close to the port of Gavrio. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed breakfast - there was a variety of delicious food to choose from.
Great location close to the restaurants, bank, ferry terminal, car hire etc. Very clean and comfortable with a good shower, bed and kitchen. Quiet. Excellent hosts with first class communication and advice. Super value and a perfect base for touring the island, hiking etc. Ideal for couples of any age. Highly recommended.
