Amazing house, very quiet area, at the same time easy to find and access. The house was extremely clean and has this minimalistic yet cozy style that I really like.In fact it was so awesome we didn’t even want to leave it and go anywhere :) Martha was very nice and helpful: she was there in a few minutes when we accidentally locked ourselves out and greeted us with a basket of local stuff and we also found all you need for breakfast in the fridge, in fact we were eating it the whole week! There were only two of us there this time, but we’re already inviting our closest couple of friends to join us next summer.

We had a wonderful two weeks in Julia House, which is set back from the road in a very peaceful area. The house had everything possible: very efficient air-con throughout (much needed as we were there during the heatwave), excellent wi-fi, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, lovely outdoor areas, two bathrooms….the list goes on! The location is fabulous, with a bakery and three village tavernas nearby and a larger selection of tavernas and bars in Ayia Efimia, less than ten minute’s drive away. Beautiful Myrtos beach is a similar distance in the other direction, a bit busy for us (in peak season) but other quieter and equally beautiful beaches, such as Ayia Kiriaki, are easily reachable by car. A special mention must be made regarding Christiana, who must surely be the most generous and lovely host ever! We were greeted with a huge hamper of fruit, drinks and food essentials and she went out of her way to check everything was well and to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Thank you again for your amazing hospitality!

Great comfortable and clean house with very nice yard. Children loved jakuzzi. Dimitris is great host, He gave us lot of homemade vegetables eggs and delicious traditional Feta made from sheep milk from his farm. He allowed us to invite friends to hang out in the evening. Every recommendation.

Spacious 2 bedroom house with a great sea view. 2 balconies and a large terrace with chairs, tables, sun loungers and brick barbecue. Always able to be in the sun or the shade depending on your preference. Friendly and welcoming host, welcome pack on arrival and met us at the house even though our flight was delayed and it was past midnight. We asked if there were sun loungers and the next day 2 new loungers were delivered. Air conditioned throughout and especially effective in both bedrooms which was much needed as there was a heatwave during our stay. Car definitely desirable as 10 minute walk up from the village centre so helpful in the heat of the day and with shopping but close enough to stroll back up after a glass of wine in the harbour area restaurants, a car also allowed us to explore the area.

The studio was lovely, well equipped and spacious. The whole apartment was clean and the owners always ready to help. We definitely recommend it for a stay in Kefalonia.
