this small luxourious hotel in front of the wster. the room was spacious bed very comfortable, bathroom big and good. the garden is lovely as well as the pool. breakfast was generous and tasty.

Very friendly and helpful host. The apartment is big and has everything you could need and the kitchen had lots of pots/pans/cooking things. My bed was extremely comfortable and all bedrooms were a good size. Easy to get to the sea by foot if you don't mind a little walk. We had a great time and would like to go back!

The room was spacious and very clean, really comfortable. The hotel is at a great location for Derveni, with restaurants, cafe, and the beach literally across the road. There is an elevator up to the rooms from the parking. The town truly observes siesta time, so upon checkin you might think that everything is 'dead'. but it's just that siesta period.
A prime location with prime service and facilities.
We had the best of time. On our list to come back. Most recommended to have a rented car.

The hosts are both very friendly and helpful. They helped us to find it when we were nearly there and gave us a very good restaurant-recommandation. The appartment is fully equipped an very clean.
