We a problem with the key and the host was super helpfull. The location is perfect for visiting the palace of Knossos and still rather close to Heraklion center. The appartment is very clean and enjoyable with the terasse upstairs.
The parking is big, just in front of the housing and safe.
The neighbourhood is also very friendly as we even got invited into a party.
