Great location, with easy access to swimming, the beach and great restaurants. The rooms have everything you need on holiday, basic,spacious and functional. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the gardens and the sea. The setting of the hotel is amazing - the restaurant is perfect place to welcome in the morning over breakfast.

Considering the price level of the island, Politia is not cheap, but the price is absolutely justified by tha service offered.
The villas are in a quiet place, out of the crowded town of Karystos, with a garden of English grass and several trees (pear, orange, palm, bouganvillae, ....); the owner Matina and her mom are very kind, attentive and willing to ensure that guests full enjoy their stay.
Last but not least, the welcome breakfast offered and the "arrivederci" gift.

Located within 27 km of Marmari Port and 28 km of Dystos Lake, Nea Stira Studios Kondilia features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Nea Stira.

The house was in a perfect location slightly back from the beach. We found everything we needed to be able to cook at home when we chose to. The outside area was spacious and very private with sunbeds, table and chairs and a hammock. The host, Irene, was attentive and always responded quickly to messages. She offered recommendations for places to visit and restaurants nearby with links to google maps which proved very useful.
