We had a great stay at Theodora’s! Located in the pretty village of Avia, our spacious room had a great view of the sea, and a large balcony for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The room had a fabulous bed; lots of practical storage space and electrical plugs, ultra modern bathroom, a small kitchenette perfect for making small meals, comfortable chairs, on-site parking, etc. One of the best places we stayed in our 5 week trip to Greece! Theodora was an excellent hostess, and gave us great suggestions on places to visit, such as ancient Messina. Close to the Mani, Kardamyli, Kalamata. We highly recommend this hotel.

Dimitri, our host was very approachable, and was available via phone and messaging immediately. The lady who brought us the keys was lovely, kind and helped us with changes of clean bedding and towels, and information generally about the area etc... The apartment suited our needs very well. It is very well equipped if you want to cater for yourself - we didn't as there are a number of places to eat within easy walking distance. The communication was great. We were able to reschedule the check-in time. The appartments in general are extreamely convinient. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. You can easily spend the whole day without leaveing the area. Beutiful, emty and clean beach in 2 minute by foot. 3 nice place to eat 5 minute away. Some of them probably has a delivery also. Dinner with a view! On your own teracce watching the sun diving in the sea.

View was incredible, swimming pool fab size, loved the privacy and quietness and absence of children, bed & linen was super comfortable, room was lovely & large, tv, good sized fridge, kitchenette , shower gel etc Fabulous fresh orange juice for breakfast each day:) Kindness of the manager George. Also his help and concern when husband was unwell with a cold. The grounds were lovely maintained with flowers, herbs, fruit, olive trees and organic tomatoes that were available.
