Yiorgos is the best and will do everything to keep you comfortable, I felt like home. The pool is breathtaking, As well as the apartements with coco mat beds and big windowdoors, you can see the sea from your bed .. very very nice.. ευχαριστώ πολύ

This was our second stay here; our first trip was midweek in a much more spacious room. This time we struggled with the tiny lift and really small room. But we could have coped if it wasn’t for the noise from the road; kept us awake to 4am then woken at 6am with a fight outside. We have recommended this venue as a great stop over arriving in Kalamata but we would not stay here at the weekend again.

This is a beautiful place to stay in the town of Kalamata. The couple who own this are so wonderful, gentle and very attentive. The rich history of the building was so interesting to hear and the couple who manage it have renovated it to the highest level. The WIFI worked perfectly well and while we didn’t use the TV in our room it was available. Everything in the bathroom worked perfectly and we were fortunate to have a small balcony too. The rooms are large and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfasts were very generous and kept us going all day. If you want somewhere civilised, cultured and or just beautiful then check in here.

We had an amazing 3-day stay at this apartment in Avia! The location is perfect, offering stunning views of the sea and sunrise from the terrace. The private beach was a highlight, with wonderful waters perfect for snorkeling. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Lots of space for everyone, comfy and beautiful indoors, functional equipment, lovely terrace and balkony, great host, close to an almost private, very nice beach, friendly cats in the garden, location.
The apartment suited our needs very well. It is very well equipped if you want to cater for yourself - we didn't as there are a number of places to eat within easy walking distance. There is also a small beach within a few hundred yards of the property down some (not too steep ) steps. Ideal for a relaxing holiday

Bessy has welcomed us personally in the appartment. Absolutely proffesional yet very warm and hospitable host. She was flexible with out arrival and showed us around. Appartment is spotless clean, excellent location with nice small beaches nearby-with very few people at a time we stayed there. Great terrace that gives you enough privacy with a stunning view on tne sea. The nearby pizzeria has such a nice staff, my little daughter loved them. Would love to stay there again.
