Very clean and comfortable bed. Large, clean bathroom. Staff were excellent in a crisis! Our stay was v curtailed as we were woken by staff in the middle of the night as our room had flooded due to exceptional circumstances. We were asked to gather our belongings and taken to a v good hotel on the harbour front. All was organised for us and nothing was too much trouble. Can’t thank the staff enough!

Breakfast was very satisfying. Everyday they served boiled eggs, cheese, meat, olives, fruit, yoghurt and so on. One day we did not like the coffee, and as soon as we told the lady, she brewed fresh coffee for us and made us very pleased. Thank you again! We visited Chios in the mid-September and it is not that crowded so we were only a couple of guests. We felt very comfortable. There was a nice lady taking care of everything, and she was super helpful and kind.

There are 3 studios, so not completely private when other guests access their rooms. But the view is worth it.
The room was well decorated - the bed was comfortable. The towels and linen all very clean. We loved Asteri restaurant in the village and ate there two nights out of three. We liked the old buildings in the village and were aware that we were in a building with a history. We appreciated the air conditioning as it was very hot.
The property is a very nice 2 level traditional stone house. Everything is well thought to the very detail and anything that would make our stay more comfortable, was there. It was very clean and cozy! Special mention for the very kind property manager who was always interested in our well being and made us feel like we were hosted by a good friend.
The owner and his wife were quite friendly and helpful. The house was very clean. The atmosphere of the house was amazing. I definetely recommend this place.

We like the apartmen and the village very much. It was an excellent stay. The location is not close to the city center, but this was not our preferance at the first place. Avgonima is close to the nicest and quitest beaches of the island. Niki is a great host and she is very helpful. The family is very helpful. We also really liked the home made meals of Pyrgos. We will definitely book again.
