Fabulous holiday at Aithonas Villa. The villa is superb with everything you could wish for, eceptionally clean and comfortable with stunning outdoor gardens and pool where we spent lots of time. Easy access by car to lovely beaches and restaurants. Charoula, our host was very welcoming and kind and added some beautiful personal touches. We had the loveliest time in Greece.
We booked this booking when it had 0 reviews en we were a little skeptic at first because it looked to good to be true.
When we arrived Nikos maked sure we had a warm welcome. We got alot of explanation to explore around the island. We arrived and there was fresh fruit and ice cold water -> really nice when you just traveled.
The apartment was beautiful and you feel at home the second you walk in. The rooftop is amazing with the most stunning sunsets. Nikos tells you about Panieotes and how hard he works to make this all work & indeed everyday he was on the rooftop to make sure everything was clean and the plants are taking care of.
Little details like towels that smell amazing, a Washing machine, a umbrella to go lay on the beach so you dont have to pay for the beds.
Panieotes his mom Made us delicious moussaka , its the small things that make you feel so welcome.
Then the bar itself underneath the apartment had the most delicious cocktails and nikos makes them with so much passion and love.
We went there every night to end the day so relaxed.
You would think a bar under an apartment would have alot of noise, but not even 1 night we noticed anything, we slept like roses in a quit lovely apartment.

The property (upper floor) is relatively new built with good size rooms (so plenty of space to move around). It's relatively close to the beach (5 minutes by car) and you have a beautiful view of Stegna Bay from the balcony and living/kitchen area. Stegna beach is very nice and has few mini supermarkets, restaurants and bars, so pretty much you have everything you need to stay around during your stay without having to move. Archangelos is the largest closest city (10 minutes by car) where you have more options if needed. Lindos and Town Centre are about 30/40 minutes driving from the Stegna.
The property can easily accommodate 5/6 people, as you have 4 beds in the bedroom (1 king size and 2 singles) and there is a double sofa bed in the living room.
The hosts (living in the lower floor) were amazing: very friendly, kind and available to help with anything needed.

Excellent host, very attentive, always helped at every stage. The house is very clean and has all the facilities. The location is also great, with restaurants and markets nearby. The house had everything we needed, and we stayed comfortably. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
Above all, hosts are great, very nice and helpful. After we arrived, we found in the fridge fresh foods, mineral water, wine and some food. It was quite suprising. They helped us everytime we needed it. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and quiet. Air condition and wi-fi worked very good. Location is ideal if you want to see all interesting places on the island. The nearest beach Stegna is placed 5 minut from the apartment by car and is a great place for resting. We had our own parking space close to the apartment and the near daily room servicing was excellent, we stayed 2 weeks and had changes to bedding and towels, along with emptying bins etc.
Air conditioning was fantastic and totally necessary as we were there in the first 2 weeks of July, price for this included in the booking.com deal.
Antonio goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. His rooms are spotless and are cleaned daily.He is very helpful if you have any queries and he is a lovely, friendly man.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The decor was modern, with a seaside theme, which was very fitting for the location. The host (Koula) was very friendly and helpful, if you needed anything she got back in touch with you straight away. The location is very quiet and private so if you are looking for a peaceful holiday this place is ideal. It is in walking distance of many restaurants, the beach and small harbour. What made it extra special were the cats that visited during our stay! We hope to return again soon.
Very good value for money. The host is very helpful. The garden is big, ideal for families with kids. The apartment is very clean. The beach is not far at all (few minutes walk), silence and cheaper pricing compensates it. Strongly recommended, altogether a very nice experience.

The responsible lady was very friendly and helpful. A common kitchen and a washing machine are great as well. For what you pay a great option for budget travel especially in the middle of summer where the prices of the other hotels are soaring.
