We stayed here for a week at the end of our trip, and this was our 3rd hotel in Crete. We were two couples and booked the recently renovated rooms, great choice. Really nice and cozy, modern and spacious. The pool is small but nice, the private beach is also a bonus if you fancy a lazy day at the hotel. The bar attached to the beach has a really nice terrace / shaded area. We had a few drinks there but never stayed for dinner as we never felt very welcome. We had lunch once and the food was ok. The breakfast wasn't the best we had for sure, but this wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for the attitude we received from the staff. And when I say staff, I mean the man who we believe to be the owner and his son. They both never smiled nor acknowledged us once. The manageress (who I guess is the owner's wife) was very friendly and almost too nice at times, trying to compensate perhaps.
All in all it wasn't a bad stay, the rooms were nice and the location is pretty good. Petronila on reception and Joanna in housekeeping were really helpful and smiley, shame the owner forgot the basics of hospitality. SMILE!

The villa was very well equipped, pool / grass area really lovely for relaxing during the day. The day bed was a good touch. We used the terrace for all our meals and the big balcony terrace for getting ready and watching the sunset. Pool towels were provided as well as shower gel/shampoo. Secure gated entry was nice. All beds were comfy, villa very clean and hosts very very nice. Nice restaurants within walking distance and small beach which was good. I would recommend a car for going to Kissamos and Chania
