The house is located at the end of the street therefore it’s very quiet and you only can hear the nearby river. It designed beautifully as a grandma’s house but has all home appliances needed. The yard is beautiful, the patio is perfect for chilling, the food and services are great. It was one of the best stays I’ve ever been, highly recommended if you want to get away from the city and also have a comfort of an apartment.

We rested in this wonderful place in August 2024. We got unforgettable emotions. Everyone who gets here will be able to enjoy the silence, beautiful views of Georgian nature, wonderful sunsets, drink natural, delicious wine from grapes grown here, try delicious dishes of local cuisine. The location and views were fabulous, hotel was among lovely countryside and is fairly new. The pool was welcome with hot days. Staff were really friendly and room and bathroom size were generous. Easy to drive to nearby wineries and monasteries
