Very helpful Manager and friendly Mother of the owner. Both spoke good English I left my UK passport at the hotel without realising until I received a message from the hotel. I was then able to get a taxi to collect it from the hotel a few days later as they kept it safe for me.
Also good buffet food for dinner and breakfast all included.
It is a hotel for families so they don't serve alcohol which means it is quiet for young ones with a good play area.

Good Hotel in Akhaltsikhe, in the centre, but on a quiet street.
Room was small but very clean and comfortable.
Good breakfast - served, not buffet.
Staff very pleasant and helpful - young lady spoke very good English.

First and foremost, my favorite thing about this property is the location, the best you could ask for. Its up the hill, right inside the forest and very very close to the historical Abastumani observatory, i think it was 15 min walking maximum. It made a huge difference, when we woke up and could go out right into the forest and have a very relaxing days. I love spending time in nature and this was perfect, unforgettable sky and weather, the property itself is very clean, spacious, authentic and cozy, I loved staying there.
Had a nice resting holiday at the apartment. The best was the view and the location, it’s really calm and beautiful place, balcony looks into the forest. Apartment is pretty big and in vintage style with everything thats necessary for comfort stay
Nice space with a small kitchen, perfect shower, very central location next to a supermarket and bakery (although currently the whole town is under construction)
Awesome location and view, accomodation cosy as on the photos, pet friendly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a basic kitchen equipment so you can cook your own food or they offer food delivery (really tasty) from a reastarurant. There is a yellow hiking path few dozen meters behind the cabin, if you want to go to the nature.
