We had use of the fridge & kitchen but, this is a home that has people living in it permanently, as well as those like us that are only staying for a couple of nights, so there’s a element of the communal areas having that “lived” in feeling with washing, washing up & food cooking going on.
I must say though all the lodgers that live there are very friendly people & we’re all very welcoming of me & my son. Genuinely nice.
The bathroom, towels & bedroom were extremely clean & comfortable

Great location, very easy to find from the train station.
Reception staff were extremely friendly and offered to help with any issues we had.

We went to a gig at the Arts Club with our 17 year old son - The Resident was perfect - location was great close to everything - shops, the docks etc staff were very friendly, had a lovely clean room - would definitely stay here again.

Great location with ideal transport links to city centre. Warm, cosy house which was quiet at night. It's a lovely area and the house is a little gem. We met with a representative of the host on our arrival and she was really helpful, this backed up our experience prior to travelling when the owner was great at answering questions we had.
The location was perfect for us. The house was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We had a slight problem with plumbing which was sorted out very quickly by the friendly hosts. Overall it was a very pleasant stay
The house is beautiful in a quiet location in the village of Woolton, a short journey into the centre of Liverpool and surrounding areas. It is perfectly located to visit Beatles locations or to just enjoy the city. It is very clean and comfortable with everything needed for a pleasant stay provided and a lovely little courtyard garden space. A Tesco superstore is a ten minute walk away for provisions. I would love to come back!
The property was very clean, warm, superbly decorated, a good size and in a convenient location. It had plenty of homely facilities and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
One of my best stays in any location, the friendliness and welcoming nature of my host Paul made this a very nice stay, Even on my last day after vacating the the room I needed some time/a place to work on my laptop and Paul still couldn't do enough to help to accommodate the request. Place was always spotless and very comfortable.
Very clean! was actually cleaner than the hotel we stayed night before. man was lovely very accommodating, he stayed up to let us in at 11:40pm. Quiet area, room was lovely, bathroom spotless!
