Location was perfect for staying the night before we flew from Manchester Airport and was in walking distance of Hickory’s for our evening meal- secure entry via electric gates and marked parking space so we knew our car was safe. The cottage was bigger than we expected and the bed super comfy. Coffee/tea and milk were left by host and the shower was excellent- we had an early flight so were able to lock up and leave without disturbing anyone- we’d highly recommend this and will hopefully stay again

Lovely place - large room, large bedroom, good breakfast choices. Very welcoming staff. The building is a pub and hotel so you have to share the car park with pub patrons, but we had no problems getting a space. Don't forget to log your car registration though!
Dating back to 1860, The Dog in Over Peover is in the heart of the quaint village. This typical village inn offers a restaurant and a pub serving real local and national ales.

The bedroom was delightful, clean and well presented with its own shower and facilities. Lovely views over the garden. Breakfast was to order and cooked individually which was perfect for us. A lovely choice of items served perfectly.
Ann, the host, was friendly and interested in us as a couple.
There was a guest lounge and a lovely conservatory in which to relax.

Karen and Karl couldn’t have made us more welcome at their charming home. Upon arrival, Karl happily chatted and advised us of recommended places to dine. The property and our room were very well cared for with a very high standard of cleanliness. The proprietors truly care that your stay is comfortable which is evidenced by the great attention to detail eg the bathroom radiator on even though it wasn’t really necessary, all bedding perfectly ironed, bed was so comfortable, beverages and biscuits provided in the room. Karen served us a perfect breakfast. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would highly recommend Laburnum Cottage.
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
There was nothing not to like about Briarwood, very clean and well presented property in a great location for local amenities. It was like home from home for us.
Location quiet and shuttle to airport quick cheap and convenient. #TemptingTravellersTO enjoyed a fantastic salad and fresh fruit plate with yoghurt for under ten pounds!
it was very clean, the location was ideal, watching the horses while having breakfast before leaving all added to its magic. staff very pleasant and breakfast good. the lodges at the property looked great.
It was a very late booking so it was a case of beggars can't be choosers - our expectations had been set fairly low. That said the staff were very helpful. food was prepared and served quickly and met our needs. The location is great for the airport at Manchester just 10 mins away. It was a great deal cheaper than the alternatives available at short notice.
Location and value for money. It is close to the motorway network and easy to get to.
It is far cheaper than similar accommodation in the same area and ideal if you are staying over for work or just want an economical room for the night
The Front of House staff were very friendly and welcoming, room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, hotel was in an ideal location as we were attending Hale Barns Carnival, would stay again.
The room was comfortable, very clean and modern. Our only issues was we stayed in room 1 and the couple next door were leaving for the airport early in the morning, the walls are thin and they were up at 3:00am and put the TV which disturbed our sleep, we heard them coughing all night.
The breakfast was fantastic and location ideal. I would recommend but request to stay in the main building.
