Very comfortable bed. Great facilities and location near St Ives and Cambridge - very quick to drive to either locations. Very lovely host who allowed us an exception for a late checkout. Breakfast was hearty and very tasty - set us up well for the day of travel we had ahead.

The location was good very near water beach which is where I wanted to be at a wedding I did not have the breakfast although it was included as I did not stay in the room due to the awful damp smell I slept in my car till it was day light and then headed back to London. I was alone and felt very vulnerable as I had no where else to go

Great location down a side street, accommodation was lovely, had everything we needed for the one night stay. Host was lovely, easy to deal with, gave perfect instructions on where to find the key. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there.
great spacious room. very clean. although looking old but served the purpose and i quite liked the room. But the furniture was old and there was no desk to make me work on my laptop. very good communication. very good location, Quiet and very safe... particularly liked the church nearby.
The accommodation is very clean. Nice room with own bathroom, Internet is very strong. Sweet little breakfast room, with selection of breakfast, Close to the shops. Best accommodation for this cheap price. Would definitely recommend,
