Location is a little remote but suited our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Room very clean and comfortable. Bed very soft. Even though the location made it a bit out of the way for access to the town without having to drive, the car park remained full. Room situated right next to the beer-garden but we were not disturbed at any time.
Great location, close by to Bicester village. Lovely setting, nice comfy rooms. Restaurant food very good and really good breakfast too. Friendly, helpful staff. Would highly recommend.
We spent 1 night in a deluxe room. It was perfect, very clean and comfortable. Our dog was made very welcome too. We ate at the restaurant and all enjoyed. Highly recommend and will definitely return next time we visit Oxford.

In my head, rooms associated with a pub usually implies something a bit down market or run down. In this case I couldn't be more wrong, lovely comfortable and well appointed rooms and excellent value. The food was excellent too. Great location just off the M40, ideal for breaking up a long journey.
The breakfast was superb the full English was perfect.Staff were very polite and helpful. Excellent value for money. Location was ideal quiet yet bicester only a short drive away.
