The location was good very near water beach which is where I wanted to be at a wedding I did not have the breakfast although it was included as I did not stay in the room due to the awful damp smell I slept in my car till it was day light and then headed back to London. I was alone and felt very vulnerable as I had no where else to go

Perfect for me for a short stay, I felt like I was at home, in my own space and so it was nicer than a hotel. Angel left lots of info so that was very helpful. Lovely little place with a nice comfy bed and great kitchen diner and bathroom !

The apartment was exceptional and had everything you could need. Everything was of high quality. Christine was extremely welcoming along with 3 friendliest of Yorkie dogs.
The bed was extremely comfortable, the separate shower had good power. The kitchenette was well stocked too.

Very clean. Excellent shower pressure. Friendly welcome. Ample parking. Flexible on breakfast time which was good as I needed to be away fairly early at the weekend. The fresh fruit salad was a nice addition to the usual breakfast options.

The room was very clean and had all the essentials that make an overnight stay comfortable such as tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits. Hearty and tasty breakfast made by Bob, the B&B's owner, who gave us some tips on what to see in the local area. Ample parking outside the property and quiet location.
