Very friendly staff, convenient location less than 30 seconds from the A1 to being parked, yet very quiet with no traffic noise heard either i side or outside of the hotel. Beatiful furnishings and very nice gardens. Nice walks by the river Nene nearby. Would greatly recommend to anyone either needing an overnight stay while travelling on the A1 or for a short getaway somewhere nice and quiet.

The room is superb. The refurbish/maintenance work has succeded in reinvigorating a traditional very old hotel into a 31st century that I'm sure will enjoy happy and enjoyable times for guests, with business success for the owners.Well done.
The outer building is incredible, the reception felt spacious and relaxing. Our room was spotless and comfortable with a beautiful garden area. The shower was the best I've ever used and so easy to use unlike so many hotel experiences I've had.
