Being able to come and go without disturbing anyone. The locality was perfect for us. The owners were helpful, friendly and responded quickly to any queries. There were some thoughtful extras, such as milk in the fridge and tea bags. The Nest was just what we needed.

As a frequent visitor to Bury I usually stay at Red Halk due to the location, staff, good breakfast waiter service and excellent secure parking providing plenty of space. Rooms can have a beautiful view of farm land. Our room was warm and especially bathroom with very clean towels!!
location was excellent for motorway and central locations. the hitel staff were, without exception, excellent. extremely friendly and helpful and went the extra mile when asked. the food was good, solid pun food and the chef would make special off menu dishes when requested. the room was spacious, comfortable and had all the basic amenities one would expect.
