Access and communication was done remotely but the host was always swift to reply and very helpful. Absolutely lovely accommodation, clean, warm, spacious, modern and very relaxing. We spent a week at Christmas and the host put us up a little Christmas tree which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend a stay here, especially for families young and old. The kitchen area was lovely with a great big table, It had most things for cooking except oven trays. The clothes airier was fab for drying damp snow clothes and there were plenty of games in the cupboard to play. The house was warm with Netflix's and WIFI and plenty of space for our family of 6 to relax. The local area is beautiful with plenty of walks to be had and only 15 mins from a ski lift. Situated around the corner from the center of the village it has onsite parking out back which was ideal, we would stay again.
