I loved the location we stayed for the stokesley fair and show. Was halfway down the town so not far to walk with my young children when they got tired and they also enjoyed watching the fair at bedtime as well was a brilliant stay.

It was ideally located for us to attend a family gathering. The hosts were very communicative and check in was very easy.
The house was a good size so we could each have our own space, beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The area was very quiet. The kitchen was lovely - it was good to have dishwashing facilities (these are often not provided!)
What a gorgeous little home. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness and modern finishes, the quiet location and the lovely little touches of all fresh towels and a little hamper .. my children especially enjoyed the cookies. Value for money, really lovely hosts to deal with. Highly recommend. When we come back to visit family again in the future will definitely see if this place is available. Thankyou so much for making our stay so comfortable

Not the best location or view really but a lot of effort has gone into making this a better than average place to stay. Don't let your first impression put you off. This is a very good place to stay. Everything new and of a very good basic standard. Everything is very clean and neat, there is everything you need here. I particularly liked that we didn't need the tea bags, sugar and milk that we always take as we like our brews, there was enough provided for the first time in years! Cheers!
