Lovely place. lovely people. Our room was spotlessly clean, well decorated and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and had tea, coffee and bottled water. Really good spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Water took a little while to heat up but when it did it was nice an hot. Continental breakfast was very good - plenty of toast, crumpets, cereals, yoghurt, croissants, fruit, cake, fruit juice, tea and coffee. Better than many hotels we have stayed in, and quite a lot cheaper too.

Wonderful studio in a fabulous location! Ideal for walking into the town centre or just a short Uber drive away. The studio had everything that I needed for my nights stay and all communication with the host was excellent. Couldn’t recommend the accommodation enough. There was even a fan which in this hot weather was a lovely bonus! 😄

Close to an event we were attending, easy to locate. Had a bar, garden seating and a restaurant. Spotless room , nicely decorated and a shower room with a heated towel rail.
Very good choice in the restaurant on Saturday evening and at breakfast. Reception staff helpful.

Property was well-finished, well-equipped and clean. Location was ideal for wind down after a busy day. Enjoyed food outside watching the sun go down and a coffee in the morning watching the sun go up. Would highly recommend.

Location is scenic countryside but just 10 mins out of town, central to attractions in neighbouring towns/cities.
Very good clean comfy accommodation.could do with some new cookware.we had to use our own.otherwise couldn't fault the accommodation. in very good location over looking Skegby trail which was very handy to walk our dog.thank you to the owners for the bottle of wine biscuits and card.it was very much appreciated with being in middle of moving house.
