Nice, but fairly small room. Kitchen unit only has microwave - something you need to be aware of on Mondays & Tuesdays when the ub is closed. It´s quite a bit outside Winchester, which we didn´t mind though. Lovely village.

Were clean and had the basic amenities one would expect. The breakfast had plenty of options and we really enjoyed the dessert at Alfred’s.

For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. The bed was huge and the room was spotlessly clean.
The location was very convenient and very secluded, even though it was just 20 minutes drive from Winchester.
The Location was of course not ideal and was not the best at accommodating all the work members who stayed there. The rooms were not ideal but okay in a pinch, with minimal comfort and satisfactory facilities.
The Hotel and surrounding area was lovely, very clean and well-maintained. The Gym and Pool were spotless and we found the facilities easy to use and very approachable.
The staff were accommodating and always happy to help.
A good hotel is where everything goes smoothly, a great one is where there is an issue and the staff leap into action and ensure that with a minimum of fuss and great communication things are put back on track. Top job!
For me the location is ideal, I realize this may not be the case for all as it's a drive to any center, but as a base to work from or explore it's very good.
The beds are comfortable, the shower powerful and I'd be happy with the bed linen in my own home!
The room was quite large, very clean, comfortable bed. Staff very welcoming, it was a hot night and we were immediately offered a fan for the room. Good location for our travel and surprisingly quiet for the location. All ground floor bedrooms. Would stay again
They are allowed the dogs. Even if they allow dogs, hotel is very clean. Breakfast was great, staff are very friendly, location is great for relaxing specially for families with children .
