Clive was the perfect host, very accommodating and kind. The room is super clean with a comfy bed and although there’s a shared bathroom, I felt like I had my own since it was always free when I needed it. The location was ideal for my purpose since I had a course just around the corner. Nice area, home and garden.

This experience was amazing from start to finish. Chris and Tina made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure our experience was one to remember. Waking up to the llamas, chickens and ducks was fantastic. We got to feed the llamas which were so friendly and well behaved. Even our dogs loved them too. The hot tub and fire pit were absolutely brilliant and we thoroughly enjoyed every second of our stay. The attention to detail was perfect and there is clearly a lot of thought goes in to everything. The kids even enjoyed having no TV and enjoyed the games provided… no WiFi needed!! We were so sad to leave and will definitely be back soon! Thank you so much for everything.

We loved the hosts and the welcome we got from the resident dog (gorgeous).
We were only there for 3 nights and travelled with our dog and it was perfect. Our only criticism was that should you be staying for longer the lack of kitchen facilities might be problematic. We loved our stay and apart from that it was perfect.

Nice modern little place. Very cosy, bed so comfortable. Very clean which is a big thing for me. We were only there one night so the kitchenette was adequate for what we needed. Lovely big garden you can use (if your dog isn’t too nosy like ours😂) Joanne was very friendly and was very helpful.

The location for Port Sutton Bridge was ideal for work the next day. Free onsite car park. Breakfast from 07.00am. The steak I had in the evening was very good. Staff, both in the evening and for breakfast were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again, if/when in the area.
Staff/owner very nice breakfast nice, comfortable location not to bad although an evening meal would have been great, plenty of shops around the ares, ideal for a trip to the Norfolk coat and beach
Arrived some 4 hours earlier than expected but room was ready. Accompanied by a member of staff to our room in a cottage separate to the main building. Very clean and a quiet location. Breakfast superb and plentiful. Dinner also very good.
Cheap! We were a party of three so had booked two rooms. The first was an outside room surprisingly nice, Very clean with a modern bathroom. Two double beds. The other room was in the actual main building that was up two flights of stairs. The key we were given worked but we couldn’t access the room as it appeared to be occupied so I can’t give feed back on this room although I could hazard a guess from the stairwells. We all stayed in the one room.
Lovely friendly greeting, excellent location for our work.Very clean ,comfortable bed and room.
Will definitely stay there again when next in the area.
It was spotless but shabby. The lady who saw us when we checked in was lovely and really accommodating. Room was spacious and bed was comfy but needs tlc. Shower had black mould on mastic. Towels were not changed during our 3 night stay but bin was emptied. All in all it was a low cost room that was perfectly adequate but with some care it could be nicer. Very noisy up until 10pm ish
The boathouse was exceptional, Tracy was so welcoming and made you feel at home from the moment you arrived to leaving The breakfast was outstanding, you don't need to eat after until at least the evening! I'd recommend the Boathouse for a peaceful relaxing break for anyone. The location was ideally placed , easy to find with local shop right next door and all walking distance to eateries and family pub for meals.
