The accommodation had everything we needed for our stay. It was lovely to have breakfast items left for us.

The history and pure luxury of this lovely hotel.
We spent a very rainy afternoon relaxing in the lovely spa. In the evening we enjoyed a wonderful meal in the restaurant.
We have stayed here before, and we'll definitely be coming back.

Great location - quick to get into Birmingham from, lovely food, decent car park to the rear, lovely atmosphere, clean modern decor. Comfy room.
Excellent staff - really accommodating. We did have a slight issue in that they missed my request to separate the beds, but they dealt with that very quickly and (in spite of my assurance it wasn’t necessary) insisted on giving us a little something to compensate.
Mistakes will inevitably happen sometimes, but it’s how they’re dealt with that counts - and they couldn’t have done better than they did in my view.
