Great Place at a Great Location at Isle of Skye. Good base to explore the scenic locations around Skye. Very well designed and had all amenities which are required for a short stay. Exceeded expectation.

Such a special place, well worth the big trek to get there. If you are staying at the hotel go for the last whiskey tasting as all the day trippers have left.

Aurora retreat was an amazing cabin with stunning views and the weather was in its glory. Although access is mainly on one way roads with lots of sheep it added to its amazing charm. It’s close to lots of great spots of interest ( we visited Dunvegan castle, Neist lighthouse and Talisker whiskey. Three chimneys came highly recommended and absolutely didn’t disappoint.

Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
Great house. It had everything you need to have a great time, whether you stay for a few days or a month. The location of the house is good, as many of the sights are within 30 minutes by car, as well as the grocery store in Portree. The property was very clean, the bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable.
This was a well-equipped and nicely decorated apartment on Skye. We liked the solitude of the location, walking with the sheep and along the water. The hosts are also very kind and there were many thoughtful touches like whiskey shots, chocolate, bread, and fresh milk waiting for us. We would certainly stay again and hope to do so. This was ideal.
The cottage is not only in a beautiful location but the cottage itself is amazing, the owners have thought of everything and more. It was spotlessly clean and so cosy.
The cottage was perfect, spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we needed, the hosts even left some breakfast and snacks for our first day which was a lovely surprise. The view down to the loch was beautiful and the peace of the location.
Super friendly hosts

A lot of small attention like Whiskey tasting, chocolate, milk, butter, bread

Blue tooth speaker
So nice I booked it twice. It's a spacious modern property in a tradition shell. Very comfortable with a few nice extras provided to help your stay. Host is very helpful, excellent in fact. The place was spotless on arrival and everything worked. I think this place would be Ideal for a couple wanting to relax in a touch of class while visiting Skye. Log fire for the winter too! It really felt like a home from home.
Beautiful location and lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean, and all comforts thought of. Thank you to Mark and Ann for their warm welcome and kindness. Our stay at Lochanside was perfect.
We had booked dinner at The Three Chimneys restaurant, and it was an easy journey there and back.
