Huge room with a very comfortable bed in a quiet location with plenty of parking. The room also had a separate section with a second bed making it easy to share with another person. The breakfast was really tasty - top quality sausages and bacon (not the cheap supermarket stuff) which were fabulous. N.B. there isn't a buffet, so you have a choice of one item from the menu - I would recommend the full English breakfast option!

It was a fantastic location 6 miles from Derby. I stayed whilst completing a training course and it was everything I needed. Room was spotless and well laid out. Lots of amenities and bonus chocolate brownie was well received after a long day. Communial courtyard was nice to sit in whilst sun went down. Pub nearby, but microwave and hob in room to make meals. Bed was comfortable and a powerful shower with shampoo and shower gel to blast the day off and wake you up in the morning. Lived it and will definitely be back!!!
Homemade goodies for breakfast delicious, self catering facilities ideal and a peaceful location but close enough to several nice restaurants. Everything was faultless.
Great quiet location, stopped for an extra night so I could get some work done. Absolutely spotless place, a B&B done really well. Homemade crumpets, fruit, homemade muesli and oat milk for breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble.
