Linda and Tony are very welcoming, and there are lovely/thoughtful touches in the accommodation. The outside space is a bonus, particularly when the weather is lovely. Location was ideal for us attending a family wedding nearby.

Mike and Sue are great hosts. Very friendly and accommodating, including giving us a lift to a wedding venue nearby. Locally sourced cooked breakfast was delicious. Room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the hill towards Devil's Dyke.

The apartment is above the shop at 46 Middle Street. We were met by Denisa who was lovely and very helpful. The location is exceptionally good being right on "The Lanes" and surrounded by lovely streets filled with restaurants, shops and pubs. Loads to do and see. The Beach is just at the end of the road and it's an easy 10 minute walk to the i360 or the Central Pier in either direction. The Royal Pavillion is only 6 minutes away.
The apartment was warm and comfortable. Quirky, fun and very welcoming. Facilities are small but perfect with only a few things missing like a dishcloth and a toaster. No big deal!
The bedroom was lovely and was at the back where it was quiet. The lounge was a nice size and the sofa bed super-comfortable. Bedding provided on request. If you stay on a Saturday you will be treated to the singing barber's 'live in the lanes' show in the early evening which was delightful for us! You get street noise which is completely to be expected and was not a problem for us.
We loved staying there. Location location location was the best, but a lovely apartment to stay in too!
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
Didn’t have breakfast but the location was very good the room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were brilliant and very helpful. The off street parking was good if a little difficult to find but once the helpful lady behind the bar explained it I found it straight away
It was a convenient location but next to the railway which was not ideal with trains and sirens going. Rooms were comfortable but needed painting and some love and attention as very dated. Also cobwebs everywhere. Staff were friendly and attentive. No option for breakfast but cafe over the road, which unfortunately didn't open till gone nine.
Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff For weary travellers, having clean, comfortable bedding is crucial. Food is inexpensive and there is unlimited access to clean water. The water fountains are strategically situated. As for the question on location, it depends on the purpose of your trip. The area is perfect for walkers and explorers. Not so, if you want to go out at night.
One of the pleasant surprises. Perfect location in the nature, would be ideal for trekking. Spotless clean. Good coffee shop, serving breakfast and dinners, but very clean kitchen available as well. I put max points for comfort and facilities- yes for youth hostel. I am planning a stay with my grandchildren !!
