The location was ideal for our activities over the weekend. All staff members were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was excellent. The menu would be improved by the addition of daily specials. After 3 evenings, I found it difficult to choose something different from the a la carte. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean with a fantastic view.

We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much we returned this year.
This is an ideal location to switch off and disconnect from things and take a good break, slow down and look at the sheep in the field which you can arrange to participate in feeding if you’d like to.
An extremely well equipped shepherds hut, with everything thought of and even fresh milk and eggs on arrival.
If you have the wet weather would suggest taking a tablet or laptop so you can watch some downloads or TV which we did and were thankful of it on this stay.
We hope to return for a third time next year.

Beautiful location, staff were always friendly and acted on any issues asap. A five minute walk from a lovely sandy beach. Kitchen well equipped without being cluttered. Lovely touch to have some coffee / tea ect there for arrival. The 4 bed house was extremely spacious, and had 3 bathrooms which is ideal for large families!

Two decking areas front and back. Back very private. Front overlooking the green and nature reserve - flock of geese came twice a day to feed - fascinating to watch.
Mentioned to maintenance man that our patio light bulb had blown and it was changed immediately. Quiet - we went late September/early October.
Perfect position near the beach and walking distance to shops and good coastal walks. It’s peaceful but we went beginning September so all schools back. Ideal place for family to stay as you literally walk across the road to the beach.

Excellent location adjacent to the seafront with only 5 mins walk to the centre of Seaview. Lovely decking outside. Ideal for a glass of wine in the sun! Everything in the property is modern, of good quality and very clean. Comfortable beds and a good shower room with plenty of hot water. Extensive library of DVDs to view. We know the area well, but if you don't, check on local facilities, as it is a bit secluded -part of the attraction!
