Collin was the absolute best! He was attentive, kind and generous to us. I cannot believe that such people exist in the hospitality world! The breakfast was amazing! Our room was small but comfortable. The shared bathroom was clean.

The Duke of Normandie is ideally located for a business visit to Guernsey. The check-in was smooth and the room very clean and neat. It also had every amenity I required.

We used this hotel for our formal wedding day preparations and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. We wanted to stay in a specific room so that our wedding photos captured the interior design and the reception staff pulled out all of the stops to ensure we had the right room, we could check in as early as 10am and took collection of the flowers.

The restaurant had a different menu to most and I had the Shish Tawook both times we ate in the restaurant because it was so delicious.
They also had a laundry area so you could wash beach towels which was very handy.

Excellent staff - kind, friendly and efficient. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Bedrooms have a tea & coffee tray with biscuits. Even a box of tissues in the room. Soap, shampoo, shower gel and shower caps supplied in the en-suite bathrooms. Good location - on the main road, which is a bus route. Good choice of breakfast - tinned fruit, fresh fruit, fruit juices, several cereals, yoghurts, croissants, pastries, toast, cooked breakfast. Food in the bar also good and reasonably priced.

Location and View just perfect! 15min drive from the airport, 7-10min walk to the Town, 15-20min to Peter Port pier and bus station. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful - Shannon and Fiona 5*! Very clean room with comfortable bed fresh towels and basic amenities, yummy breakfast with a lot of choice with outstanding coast view.

Staff were all lovely. The grounds were beautiful. The location ideal for pool comp and access to town. The room was literally just used to shower and sleep in! The restaurant food was amazing!!
