Beautiful property that instantly felt very homely. As promised a sea view, even from the sofa in the lounge area. Exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything you need. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions prior to visit and was accommodating with a request.

We attended a party on Friday night in Prestonpans and another on Saturday afternoon in Port Seton so this was the perfect overnight location for us. The caravan was beautiful, immaculate with lots of really nice touches. Would definitely use again. All correspondence with the host was professional and helpful.
Very clean on arrival. I have stayed many times at seton sands nut by far the layby was best. It was spacious and comfortable and even though the weather was not the best we had a great time.
Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Homely feel, everything you can possibly need for a short stay away from home. Quiet location close to the beach and the train station is a short walk away.

We never used the car to go into Edinburgh as the public transport was very good and was only £5.00 for an all day ticket.
Location is ideal for visting other towns and is on the John Muir way, which is fantastic for days out walking.
Caravan was beautiful and spotless well equipped with all that you could need. Location was excellent for all amenities although cod be noisy with bar staff emtying bottles through the day. I would re book no problem and Trudi was fab throughout.
