Location is ideal for exploring out on foot, and the shuttle service was brilliant to have someone 5 mins away to pick you up after a long day walking!
Superb location means quick access to beach which meant for happy kids (and us!). Very clean, and nicely decorated. Very good, proactive communication re arrival instructions. Lovely garden for dogs. Spacious inside and out - more so than the pictures give you the impression of. Good parking for one car. Everything worked in the house. Stunning views - found ourselves spending ages just looking out the windows at the beach scene and the incredible sunsets. Our best rental in Polzeath to date.
Location and view were great! The apartment was always lovely and warm after a day out in the November fresh air. Spotlessly clean. Restaurant and bar area very friendly and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Would 100% stay again.
The location and the view. The cottage accommodation was ideal for us, so bunk bed room served as general purpose/storage room in small property where space was scarce. The bathroom was clean and the shower superb, and the property was well carpeted throughout.
Wow! We enjoyed an amazing weekend in beautiful Polzeath and our stay was excellent, perfect location overlooking the beach with great views! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, we enjoyed great drinks in the bar (amazing selection of Harbour Brewery beers!) and breakfast was excellent! Rooms were spotless and very clean and comfortable with everything you could need!
