Very friendly staff. Helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was wonderful even with Sid the cat keeping a watchful eye on the goings on. The rooms were warm and comfortable, spacious and clean.

The apartment was very clean & modern. The beds were extremely comfortable & the sofabed was really easy to operate. Lovely bathroom with a great shower. Plenty of towels and lots of kitchen equipment with a large fridge. A really big bonus (not mentioned in the blurb) was that the kitchen & double bedroom windows looked out over the car park behind so we could keep an eye on our car. This car park - George Yard - was the nearest & really reasonable, especially the day rate & free after 4pm.

I've stayed at the Hawk inn each Monday for the past 3 weeks and I intend to keep booking as I believe I have found a little gem. Stephan and staff are great and are always happy, I can not recommend this hotel enough.
