Chris met us and was warm and welcoming. He gave us keys to our rooms and talked us through all the important things in the rooms and how to park our cars locally. During our stay nothing was too much trouble Location was central and rooms were huge with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly liked the little touches, like water in the bedrooms and a some snacks to go with the teas/coffees. Chris went above and beyond to help us and we are very grateful. Highly recommend!

Fabulous location with views of the beach and sea. We had good weather for most of our stay and loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets. Lovely spacious apartment, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. We had quite a lot of luggage and appreciated the numbered parking space and lift.
Great little place, cosy and warm. Nice treats left for us too. Great location - less than 5 minutes walk to beach / train station. Short trip to Conwy /Llandudno on train - perfect location - ideal for a family of four. We all really enjoyed it. Highly recommend.
The photo’s don’t do this place justice. Very clean and well presented with every little thing available from spare toothbrushes, to EarPods and chargers, the list is endless…..It was 1 minute from a great local pub and a quiet location. The owners were very pleasant, polite and welcoming. There was a great use of space and the added bonus of essentials for snacks and drinks. This was complete with a fridge, microwave and toaster and every condiment imaginable! The rooms were comfortable and clean with good quality bedding and towels.
Fabulous cottage which has everything you need and more. Spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. River wash cottage is in the prefect location to explore North Wales. We loved it that much we booked an extra night.
