First class guest house which exceeded expectations. Room was a good size , very clean, good sized bathroom, lovely to wake up to the views from the bedroom which included cows which came right up to the terrace, very quiet ( apart from some early flight noise as it's very close to the airport but didn't bother us). The staff were all great and the breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay again on my future trips to the Leeds/Bradford area

This was an incredibly comfortable apartment. I stayed for 5 nights while attending a conference in Leeds. It was close to the bus station with a quick bus to downtown but also had access to the good food and many pubs of Otley. It is also minutes walk away from a grocery store.

Lovely little place right in centre of otley. Great price considering it can sleep up to 4. Really easy to find and very informative welcome guide from the host. We went to a wedding at the Chilli barn which was only a few min taxi ride down the ride. Definitely ideal for staying in Otley.

Never been to Burley before. Visited Saturday for 2 nights so we could go to Otley Christmas Market on the Sunday. Set in a beautiful village, the flat is above the pub which we had dinner in. The flat is lovely, everything you need, spotless and very quiet. It has a kitchen, 2 comfy beds, an excellent shower and outside there is free street parking. The evening meal was excellent, as was our Indian meal just across the road on the Sunday night, Perfect for our stay.
