The place was a stop over to Portsmouth so we needed somewhere to stay overnight. The area was quiet and met all our needs, with secure parking and you had the choice to bring and prepare dinner yourself or order some in, which we did thanks to some advice from the people who run Chambers Place. We had a small child with us and she had plenty to keep them occupied. Also, we had our dog with us and were warned that there was free roaming chickens etc so we did keep her on the lead. It was nice to be greeted by them in the morning.

Rose was such an amazing host. She was so friendly and helpful, always happy to have a chat about your day. Also the breakfasts were great and she put on a great spread.
