Hello, A True Friend has stayed at this property previously and has recommended this Property, My Room was really lovely, and was in a quiet location. The Breakfasts filled me up each day I was staying. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to travel home earlier. The Guest House is really clean and hospitable. There is a bus stop close by, and the Railway Station is close by along the main road. This property offers scrumptous evening meals. But there are other options including a microwave in the Lounge upstairs, so you can get something from the Supermarket and heat it etc. There is also a very good pub that does meals which is by the Railway Station.

Comfortable, clean, nicely laid out, and a friendly welcome. We were accommodated with a delicious vegan breakfast too.

The full English breakfast was delicious, as was the house lagers and their salmon. All the staff were extremely personable and lovely to talk to and great to help when you need assistance. And of course Shaun the dog is a pure treat

All the meals at the Hotel were great, breakfast was made to order so the food was always hot. Evening meals were excellent with good portions and cooked to perfection.

This is a beautiful inn! Our room was cosy and comfortable, we had all the facilities we needed and the interior design for both the inn and the restaurant is really gorgeous.
The staff were super friendly, accommodating of our dietary requirements and even gave me a birthday card which was so sweet!
We enjoyed the vegan menu, particularly the roasted potatoes, and they even helped us out with a plant-based full English even though it wasn't on the menu.
After our meal, we were able to take our drinks into the garden and our room. The garden was lovely and we enjoyed that freedom to finish our evening with our drinks anywhere we wanted.
This place was cosy, relaxed, friendly and accommodating! We loved it, and would definitely come back if we were in the area.
For those trying to save, these fun, budget hotels still have lots to offer, from Wifi to convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties are set in central areas and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find loads of options that feature 24-hour front desks and luggage storage.
The location was good by car however it is a bit in the middle of nowhere, its a 15 minutes drive to Cleethorpes which was a nice seaside town and in my opinion was slightly cheaper than Blackpool, with regards to food options and bar drinks.
The breakfast at the hotel was pleasant you could order off a small menu, then chop and change what you would like to eat. The bar was a pricey but reasonable, the staff were ok but some not so clued up. Overall a welcome comfortable weekend break from the norm.
The food was excellent, for me the location was ideal and having free WIFI that had no delays was fantastic.
Staff were all helpful and friendly and my room was very comfortable and spacious.
Spotlessly clean and spacious room. Very good toiletries and breakfast. Quite location and friendly staff.
