Location perfect with car park on next street. (Permit holders only on street the property was on.) Was able to walk to the Hoe and the Barbican easily in one direction and the Royal William yard in the other direction.

The owner of the house was extremely pleasant to chat with, very professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep.

You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
Perfect location for short walk to local pub, Coop shop, ferry. We came by foot so all that is important. Lovely outside dining space on raised deck. Bright and very clean and comfortable inside. Smartly decorated and well equipped. Friendly and very helpful owner.
The property was ideal for my requirements as I wanted to stay in the village for a funeral. It was larger than I needed for myself - 4 bedrooms for one person is excessive, but it was available and in a very convenient location for my needs. Self catering was easy, with only breakfast having to be considered. I will definitely consider this property for myself and my wife to stay at when we return to Newton Ferrers in the future.
Location and views and parking were all fab, as was communication.
It was very clean and comfortable and although compact, it was just great for both of us. It had everything we needed and was warm and cosy.
The bed was really comfy too and the room also benefitted from its own french doors to the decked area.
The added bonus was the decked balcony area, which was lovely and we enjoyed breakfast in the sunshine!
Hi, this is definitely the nicest stay I have ever had. The cottage is beautiful, very well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location next to the creek Fantastic pubs with excellent food on the doorstep. Highly recommended and definitely will be going back again.
The cottage was excellent; just as described and exceptionally clean. A really comfortable place to spend time in. The owners were really helpful and very friendly. The location is very good. The cottage is in a quiet spot and Newton Ferrers is lovely. Location is also ideal for exploring further afield including the coast, Dartmoor and lovely places such as the Barbican in Plymouth, Salcombe and Tavistock.
