🏴 I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND PARK COTTAGE!!! This was by far the BEST Booking.com accommodation we have EVER stayed in...... BEST EQUIPPED with EVERYTHING YOU NEED.......even some groceries!!!! RONNIE and his partner were there to greet us on arrival. He even organized 2 fishing rods for my husband and son to fish in the loch, which is located right across the road from the cottage🙏. The cottage was SPOTLESSLY clean and SPACIOUS and never felt overcrowded for the 5 of us!!!!!!! The 3 bedrooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable!!!! St. Mary's is perfectly situated, close to the Italian Chapel, and 10 minutes drive from St. Margaret's Hope ferry terminal. Thank you so much, Ronnie. You were a perfect host!!! We loved our time at the cottage and will definitely be back!!!!! Love from SA 🇿🇦

The chalet was bright and welcoming and very clean. It was good to be greeted by a member of staff the day after our arrival to make sure we were ok. We enjoyed the view of the Churchill barriers and Italian Chapel and being able to bird watch from the window. It is quite close to Kirkwall and we can recommend the ice-cream shop next to the cathedral! It's a good idea to book ferries for day trips to other islands before you begin your holiday as they get booked up very quickly.
