Everything. On arrival was greeted by Amanda and her lovely dog Trudie. They showed us our room in the front which was bright and airy. Fantastic shower! There was nothing we needed as Amanda had catered for everything. We was going out to eat and Amanda guided us where to go and what restaurants was on offer.
Lovely clean and comfortable bed, we slept well. We needed to be out by 8.30 and Amanda sorted breakfast early for us.

The caravan was immaculate inside and out, very comfortable stay. Mattress and pillows were hotel standard we had a lovely sleep there. There was selection of tea, coffee & sugar sachets included and a complimentary large bottle of water which was nice, also provided a fan in the front room and bedroom & a hairdryer which was useful. Beautiful caravan would definitely stay again.

House was in a good location with amenities nearby. Easy to access, lovely decoration and loved the quirkiness! Great communication from host with clear instruction, bedrooms were well set up and great space downstairs to spend time together or watch a film. Everything was easy to locate and the entry was simple. The host Cameron exceptional with the help he gave and answered the phone within 2 rings when I required instructions to get into car park.

This place is a real gem, brilliant owners, fantastic staff. Rooms are well equipped, ideal location. Breakfast is top quality. My opinion is prices are too low. Been here twice now never had an issue.

I'm originally from Northampton, but live in Great Yarmouth now, i booked this accommodation as it's close to where i can visit my family, the owner/manager (i think) was very helpful and polite, it's in a nice quiet location, the room was basic, very clean,but all i needed was a bed and a bathroom for a few nights, i can't fault it at all, kettle, tea, coffee, overall a pleasant stay, thankyou.
The hotel was lovely, clean, and was in an ideal location for our visit to Santa Pod. Susan made us feel very welcome and provided useful information on arrival about local pubs, shops and more. Thank you!
Everything about the place was 1st class . Location , value for money and most of all spotlessly clean friendly staff and the best breakfast I've had in a long time . Would recommend highly and look forward to visiting again.
