The staff were fabulous, really friendly and welcoming and made our stay perfect for us travelling with both mums. We had dinner and breakfast and both were lovely. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The perfect location to break our journey South.

The location was perfect and close to the motorway and very easy to find. The B&B looked over horse stables and fields which was very peaceful. The room was comfortable and cosy. Everything! It was stylish, spotless and had everything you need. Most comfortable beds ever! Ideal location for the train station to then travel to Glasgow or Edinburgh - perfect if attending an event in either city. Private parking too!

Gary on reception was very friendly and professional with us at check in. The location was ideal for us visiting M&D's. The room was very clean and well equipped and everything worked.. Ensuite bathroom was very clean. The shower had 2 shower heads for a refreshing shower. Breakfast was buffet style ,help yourself, cooked items or pastry,toast, cereal and selection of fruit juices. The coffee was via a self service machine.

Location was ideal for my purposes to visit Edinburgh and Glasgow and other parts of Central Scotland. Hotel very close to train station and bus links to many towns.
The room was comfortable and there were nice touches such as providing a bottle of water and some sweets each day. Very nice touch for a budget hotel.
