Me and my dog had a lovely stay at the Brynawel Farm B&B. We have been travelling to different parts for 2 weeks, and this was the best full English breakfast we had during the whole trip. The room was clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. The garden is secure so you can let your dog off lead, and the location is remote in the countryside, which is nice. Very good value for money.

Fantastic uninterrupted view of Swansea Bay due to large windows overlooking Mumbles but because on a hill not overlooked at all. Had a free parking space. Room tastefully furnished, very clean; small ‘fridge with bottled water and milk; good selection of tea and coffee with teapot, cafetière and homemade Welsh cakes as an added bonus! Seating and table in window so you could enjoy the view. Decent size bathroom with roll top bath and walk in shower. Plenty of toiletries for my stay. Very comfortable bed. Freshly cooked breakfast ordered the night before plus buffet in the breakfast room. Located on a quiet road.Lisa knowledgeable about the local area - good places to eat and drink, plus local walks as not too far from the coastal path.

Lovely cottage in a central location. Very homely and inviting. Spotlessly clean on our arrival and Alison had left some lovely treats for us and our dog. We really appreciated that she was able to let us check in early, particularly as it was raining heavily at the time. The cottage had everything we needed and more. The bedroom upstairs is so lovely - I slept so well that night. Great communication from Alison - I wish we could have stayed longer

I really liked: the huge room, bath AND a separate walk in shower, plenty of towels, the cleanliness, the fridge and especially the fresh milk and supplies of yogurt, welsh cakes, butter and jam, cereals, cutlery and crockery.

the thoughtful other extras like wine glass and apples with spare tea bags etc if you needed them on the way into the hall before the rooms. The fact that they left you alone BUT you could call them for anything you needed whilst you where there.

Very clean and spacious and comfortable. Being able to sit quiet in a morning with a coffee on the decked area was amazing and so peaceful and tranquil. Everything you needed to be able to cook and clean was readily available and is very much like a peaceful home away from the chaos of being at home. Excellent communication with the host and very friendly and speedy and through response to any queries. Thank you for letting us stay and hope to return again in the near future
Excellent location for Swansea stadium, which is what we wanted it for to watch Take That. Literally 5 mins across the road from the house.
Had a drive as well as on-street parking
Location is excellent for my needs. Right by Morriston high street and parking directly outside the house. Nice to have a garden as well to sit outside and enjoy the sun.
Very clean and large bedroom. We liked all the plants and the layout of the property. Hot shower. Nice little garden for a morning coffee. 10 minute walk to bus stop into town
